Romwe Sweater c/o | AE Denim | Ankle Boots (similar) | Dior Sunglasses

This is probably the first time I’ve worn shades of pink on the blog, blush tones to be exact. You will usually catch me in distressed denim, ankle boots, a pair of oversized sunglasses ( most likely if makeup wasn’t in the plan for the day) and a cozy sweater during the fall. It’s relaxing to throw on such simple pieces that just work, and my only errand for the day was heading to Trader Joe’s. I had a hard look at my closet when I needed to rotate my summer clothes out and make room for all my sweaters. I realized I had an overwhelming amount of gray, cream and black all in pretty much the same styles. That lead the search for color to add to my ever growing sweater collection. I came across this blush tone sweater on romwe and it was the perfect balance between trendy and cozy. The lace up detail gave it some edge while and chunky knit kept it practical to wear through winter.

Side note, The Lion King was amazing. The set, dancers and actors were just incredible. Now I understand all the hype around this show, it’s definitely a must see.
